Varietal: 100% Pardina. Vines are between 30-50 years old.
Terrain: Rich, fertile soils (high nutrients) with good water retention. High temperatures and extreemely low rainfall (less than 10 inches per year).
Harvest: Hand picked and selected twice: initially in the vineyard, with a second selection on receipt at the winery.
Ageing: Stainless steel.
Bottling: Bottled on the property.
Serving Temperature: It should be kept refrigerated, and served chilled between 41º and 55º F.
Alcohol Content: 11.5%

Tasting notes
Color: Pale straw, with touches of gold.
Nose: Plenty of fruit, aromatic but not overwhelming.
Palate: A perfect balance of fruit and acidity. Enjoy this wine with light foods such as poultry, fish, salads orcheese dishes. This is a most enjoyable and versatile wine that will last for many days after opening..

Celebrated as the “essence of Mediterranean summer”, this Sangria hails from the southeastern region of Jumilla. Here the Monastrell grape varietal dominates, producing a moderately sweet wine with tremendous fruit flavors.
Type of Wine: Sangria
Appellation of Origin: D.O. Jumilla
Winery: Bodegas San Isidro, Jumilla
Varietal: 100% Monastrell. Vines are between 30-50 years old.
Terrain: Jumilla in the southeast corner of Spain, is arid very hot, and characterized by the poor quality of the soil. The vines are planted far apart, to allow the roots to search for as much moisture as posible. Yields are extremely low; average rainfall is well below 10 inches per year, less than in many deserts!
Harvest: Hand picked and selected twice: initially in the vineyard, with a second selection on receipt at the winery.
Ageing: Stainless steel.
Bottling: Bottled on the property.
Serving Temperature: It should be kept refrigerated, and be served between 41º and 55º F.
Alcohol Content: 9%

Nose: Plenty of fruit, aromatic and sweet.
Palate: An explosion of fruit! Just add a couple of slices of orange and lemon, serve on ice with a dash of soda or mineral water. Summer is served! It will last for many days after opening.

Magui Gómez Gómez is (like this wine) young, vivacious and full of life. This rosé (called “rosado” in Spain), is full bodied with plenty of flavor; made with 100% Garnacha this wine is ideal for summer.

Appellation of Origin: DO Cariñena
Winery: Grandes Vinos, Cariñena, Aragon
Varietal: 100% Garnacha. Vines are over 40 years old.
Terrain: Cariñena is situated on the high plains of the ancient Kingdom of Aragon in northern Spain. The soil is poor, with little organic matter, made up of reddish dun earth and lots of stones. The climate is continental, with hot summers and very cold winters; low rainfall is the norm.
